The Sweet Prince 08/30/2016

Did I know him?
They would ask me,
Should I laugh at these curious inquiries?
Or do I frown in scorn?
Of course I knew him,

You all know the tale,
The royal children,
The princess whose skin was pale as snow,
The prince whose destiny was to be charming,
Our parents celebrating our future before we could crawl,

When mother died,
Our destiny bound tighter,
As Father was determined to honor the pact,
So we grew up together,
Fighting and tumbling,
we did everything together,
Over the years our hearts grew fonder,

Then one day a stranger entered our kingdom,
Whose beauty was shrouded in mystery,
And there began my misery,
As she took everything away from me,
All I held dear,

My stepmother with her tricks of illusion,
Slowly killed my doting father,
Bound me in chains and slavery,
Leaving me to the whims of her pet Hunter,

But what I could not and will not forgive,
Is the breaking of my sweet prince,
Broken in spirit,
Twisted in mind,
Destroyed of heart,

Did I know him?
You would ask this of me?
I knew him the best,
Loved him the most,

I loved him,
Before the dwarves,
Before the poisonous apple,
Before I knew what love was,
I loved the Prince,

Even in madness,
As I no longer the see the charming prince,
But the creature the Queen has made,
Dark is his heart,
Pale is my skin,
I love him still.

The Story of Silence : (Vol. V of the Seven “When Silence Spoke”)

Omnibus in foro S.P.D.

Moar new writing! Feedback always appreciated.

The Story of Silence : (Vol. V of the Seven “When Silence Spoke”)

The problem with Silence is that she never knew what to say. She did not know how to respond to the actions of others. She was unsure of how to speak to others, so long ago made the decision to no longer speak. It was easier that way to simply no longer talk. Silence being the youngest out of seven children would be considered the most cherished and the most adored. She often found herself being ignored, her other six sisters had stronger personalities and required their mother’s attention more.

Silence was left to her own devices. And so she made the choice to linger in between worlds. While the other siblings fled away to the mortal plane. Silence felt abandoned in her own mind- she was the forgotten child. And so a child’s form she chose to remain.

In the realm of Light and Shadows is where Silence had called home. For she had no other it was all that she knew. But she was never alone there was another who also bore the blood with that of which could not die. There was also Discord, the sister of war, a being of malice and strife. Discord never left Silence alone.

She mocked and tormented Silence every day, night, and hour. Reminding her how she had been forgotten by her sisters and mother. Discord pointed out how Silence was never loved and could not be loved. For who could love someone who never spoke? Silence hated to be reminded of what seems to be true. Silence hated Discord, but could not be compelled to speak out against her.

Silence said nothing and accepted the words of Discord. Over the passages of decades, centuries, and eons. This was their mantra executed with precision. Discord would torment Silence over and over. In the corner of a cave Silence sat, huddled and scared. As hateful words were shouted at her. Leaving her mad and broken forever screaming inside. She prayed finally for it to be over. For anyone at this point to make it all go away.

The day had came when the wish of Silence was finally granted. While Discord went on her tirade of hate. There came something Silence thought she would never see again. Behind Discord stood six beautiful women all clad in black. Silence stood up staring wide-eyed in pure disbelief. All six of her sisters were there as if they had never left. Discord stopped and took a step back as Silence stood up. Slowly Discord turned around as she found herself face to face with someone who could teach lessons in tormenting.

“You.” Discord spat.

“Yes. Me. Actually us.”

“You shouldn’t be here Torment.” Discord had uttered accusingly  as she tried to back away “You left long ago. All of you did, you all left and left this one here behind.” Discord motioned to Silence while the six women had formed a circle around the two.

“This is our home, we sometimes come back from time to time. We are simply picking up something we left behind long ago. Something that should not have been left behind in the first place.” Torment added as her eyes deadlocked with that of Silence.

“Stillhet. Come here.” Another woman’s voice spoke as she reached out her hand to Silence.

Silence did not say anything or move. She knew who the other woman was. It was Darkness, it was her other sister. Darkness had always been kind to her, there was that moment of conflict to stay where she was or run to the loving embrace of Darkness. Although it would not change how she felt. She had a millennia to be reminded of how she had been left alone.

It was as if her sisters already knew how Silence had felt. As she looked at them- all of them there was remorse in their eyes. Even now Silence still did not know what to say. What could she say?

“Silence go to Darkness.” Torment commanded.

Although she was glad that her sisters remembered the nicknames their mother gave each of them. Silence refused to move. Who was Torment to command her to do anything? After centuries of not being around and left Silence to be tormented? Torment nor any of her other sisters could command Silence to do anything that she did not want to. And so Silence did something most unspeakable. She actually spoke.

“I will not! ” Silence announced.

The Seven other women looked at Silence in awe, the twins known as Envy & Vanity cringed in disbelief. But no one was in more pure shock than Discord. The look on Discord’s face was the combination of fascination and terror. The words she tried to shout came out stuttering.

“She just talked. For a thousand years she has said nothing.” Discord sputtered.

The six sisters of Silence: Torment, Darkness, Regret, Pride, Vanity, and Envy. Moved closer to Silence and Discord. Tightening the circle cornering the two like hungry carrion.

“You would know this because? You have been faithfully been protecting her?” The woman called Pride asked.

“You were looking out for her best interests?” Spoke the woman whose name was Regret.

“You came to love her like your own?” Darkness added scornfully.

“Lies. You like harming innocent children. ” The twins Vanity and Envy said together.

“You spent a thousand years breaking my sister’s mind poisoning her thoughts. For no other reason than that you were simply bored. You’re one sick bitch Discordia.” Torment finally joining in.

“Don’t come here with your stones of judgement. You all left not even bothering to take her with you. At least I stayed instead of dallying with mortals. My powers are intact can we say the same for yours?”

Torment as her eyes glowed fiery red grabbed Discord by the throat lifting Discord into the air . A ray of dark energy overtook the surrounding space. It was so heavy and crippling nearly bringing all the women to their knees.

“Care to find out Discord?”

“All is fair in the matters of love and war Torment.”

“That’s funny you mentioned your brother Discord. If I recall correctly I killed your brother War. Before I kill you as well. Since I promised I would always avenge my sisters, and that means all of them. My sister Silence needs to know that we never meant to leave her, she could have said something. Never be afraid to speak up Silence, speak up against your enemies , but also speak up to your family.”

“That’s so sweet Torment! You finally tell her this after all this time. After the damage has been done. Look at her, a pathetic child that cannot talk. You should all be proud of yourselves. I did you bitches a favor.” Discord laughed.

“ENOUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH” Silence screamed. She screamed it over and over. She screamed it with everything she had in her. The fury, the frustration, the bitterness. It all came out in a overflow of emotion, she was angry. Silence had just been so angry. Years of anger just came out as it poured all over her from head to toe. She felt herself becoming taller, her body getting fuller, and bones stretching as she screamed.

Her scream vibrated across the bodies of Discord and her sisters. Discord screamed in pain as she tried lowering herself to the ground. But the anger of Silence was too much for Discord as her body exploded. Darkness ran over to Silence hugging her as she kept screaming.

Darkness embraced Silence till the screaming had stopped. Darkness held Silence until she pried herself from her arms. When she let go she was no longer a child, her anger had made her a woman. Silence looked at all six of her sisters and they looked back at her.

They were now finally all equal.

The Story of Vanity & Envy :(Vol. IV of the Seven) “Death of the Dinner Party”

The Story of Vanity & Envy: (Vol. IV of The Seven) “Death of the Dinner Party”

Vanita did everything she was supposed to do. All the requirements for she had decided to carry on about her way as if there was nothing wrong. Who would be able to tell really? That the smile she carried was false, that the pleasantness that resonated in her tone was forced. Deep down inside of Vanita’s core she was angry and for her it was an emotion that she had not experienced much before. Unlike the other daughters of Immortality, “Vanity” as her mother nicknamed her did not have much to be upset about.

Vanita was beautiful, adored, and loved. Why would she need to be angry or upset about anything? Those were ugly emotions, ugly feelings, and unwanted things. Vanita required things of beauty and adoration. So quite calmly Vanita made the decision the reason of her anger had to go-be abolished, removed, and eradicated. Whatever it would take she would do no cost was too high.

Vanita would kill her spouse. That was the cause of the ugliness. The root of her problem. Her husband’s behavior had become appalling and no longer could she tolerate it. For it was now causing the emotions of anger, rage, and soon tears if things were to continue. Tears of Vanity were a forbidden thing.

Vanita cared for her husband Hendrick she really really did as he did love her. It was mutual in the grand scheme of things. He even loved all her friends, acquaintances, anything of the female form-Hendrick truly loved. Vanita did not care about that it was when the female forms became younger and younger in age. Where their faces were more child-like than adult. It caused her brow to furl in concern. The salacious looks he would give them whenever they walked by him, and sometimes the salacious looks the young swans would give back. Although children of Immortality didn’t have much moral qualms. Even Vanita knew that there was something wrong and improper.

Why would her husband desire children in bed when he had her? Vanity who was once deemed “A goddess of beauty”. What did they have that she did not? That infuriated her beyond belief. And so the only way to stop this behavior was to kill Hendrick and be done with it. Vanita knew she could call in a professional avenger as it was promised to her so many centuries ago. If she needed avenging all she had to was ask, but as these were now modern times and Vanita was very happily a “modern woman”. She would do this task alone.

As she approached the gate of her home, she felt confident in her task ahead. So everything was done in normality, with a perfect smile and bubbly tone. She even went as far by making her neighbor an apple pie. But as Vanita stepped through her doorway she knew something was wrong. The energy tingled through her being- Vanita knew that energy very well since her time in the womb. She knew someone else was home.

There was her mirror imaged twin sitting calmly on the sofa. Vanita gave her twin sister Vidia a cold stare. She was not pleased to see her but she never was. Vidia always loved Vanita since they were small children, always clung to her , always tried being in Vanita’s shadow. It was frustrating and no matter how badly Vanita treated her twin. Vidia always came back like the loyal pet who tried to stray from its owner.  Vanita was not happy to see her especially today.

“Vidia. Why are you here?” Vanita asked sighing.

Vidia who held a scythe-like knife in her hand the gleam of the blade shone in the shadows. “Because you have a need of me.” and as Vidia continued “Is this what you were going to perform the crime with? A sacred weapon?” Vidia scoffed at her sister as if she were a naughty child.

Vanita not even bothering to ask how her twin knew of her plans. There was no point they were able to read each others minds and able to travel outside the realms of space and time to be with each other. “Did you have a better suggestion Envy?” The last word being said with much force but knowing the nickname their mother gave Vidia would leave a mark.

“Yes I do Vanity.” Vanita said with more warmth.

“So its not the crime you disagree with just the method?”

“Indeed. Why bother with a knife my sister when poison is so much better.” As Vidia stood up and walked around her twin whispering with a seductive hiss “So much neater. Less mess. Less ugly.” Knowing the last comment would linger with Vanita.

“You are right my sister. Poison will make it beautiful.” Vanita remarked happily.

And so they plotted and planned most carefully. Vanita actually agreed that in this matter that “two heads were better than one” and was glad that Vidia was willing to help more and judge less. They decided the best way to execute said plan was to throw a dinner party giving Hendrick the husband of Vanita a chance to show off one final time. Everyone that Hendrick had loved so dear would be invited. Meaning every woman the couple both knew.

The night of the dinner party everything was done in perfection: Couture clothing, Five star catering , even a band was hired. Vanita came up with the  theme of “Masquerade” so all the attendees came in masks and other forms of Renaissance garb. It was a beautiful evening, Vanita and Vidia both garbed in white looked like goddesses of olden times. Hendrick also garbed in white looked like a masked fairy tale prince. He was a most charming and gracious host walking arm-in-arm with his wife and sister-in-law greeting everyone in high style. What he did not know of was the vial of poison placed carefully between the cleft of his wife’s breasts.

A simple concoction really: Leaves of belladonna, stems of henbane, seeds of Strych, petals of oleander. Cyanide could have been also effective but sometimes the old ways were better.

As all the ladies took their places at the dinner table they encouraged the male host Hendrick to make a speech. Their dear darling Hendrick, so handsome, so wonderful. Vanita thought as she watched him talk so boastfully. It was a pity that they didn’t know the ugliness that laid within him. Their precious Hendrick who was a cheat and desired children in lascivious ways. Would they still want him then? Or would they feel like she did? The anger? The disgrace? The ugliness?

Poor Hendrick was not able to finish his speech the convulsions took over as the blood frothed from his mouth. As he convulsed to death into his perfect plate of food, there was pandemonium of women running everywhere screaming and suddenly convulsing to their deaths. Vanita looked in pure shock as there were multiple dead bodies everywhere. There was only to be one corpse. The corpse being her husband.

“YOU KILLED EVERYONE!” Vanita screamed in rage.

Vidia who stepped over a dead body walked calmly to where her sister stood. “Correction. We killed everyone” as she wrapped an arm around her sister’s waist.

Vanity whose eyes just kept bulging whispered in a hoarse tone “How?”.

Vidia smirked and used her free hand to dive between the cleft of her breasts to pull out a vial. “I used cyanide.”

Vanita just looked at her sister and was prepared to back-hand her to the next century. Her attention hogging twin had ruined her perfect murder! All these corpses caused a most ugly sight. Yet before she could execute that slap a dark mass of energy had conjured. The energy felt so heavy so hateful it caused the twins to cringe. Torment their older sister had come after all.

There she was in all her dark perfection, clad in back, still looking so beautiful despite all the horror she carried with her. Vanity & Envy said nothing they both knew better than to interfere. Never interfere with Torment or else she could just turn on you.

Torment walked around surveying the dead bodies. She said nothing, the twins also said nothing. It was a stand-off of immortal forces not knowing who would win or who would be destroyed. Finally Torment spoke “This is your handiwork?” looking to both Vanita and her twin.

“Yes.” They answered in unison.

“You killed your husband to avenge innocent children.” as Torment continued “I can appreciate that.”

“The other dinner guests….”

“Envy killed them unnecessarily.” Vanita interjected.

“Needed to be killed also. Never leave witnesses.” Torment added.

Envy stuck her tongue out at Vanity. Which unable to help herself Vanita slapped her twin across her most perfect face. Then more slaps followed until Torment herself stepped between them and grabbed Vanity’s wrist with a deadly grip.

“Enough.”

“You are both coming with me. I have plans for you two.”

And so the murdering one, became the murdering three.

Darkness Loves Monster

Darkness Loves Monster  02/14/2016

“I shall give you a name.”  Darkness said as he looked at his most adored.

“But I already have one.”

She looked at her beloved liege wondering why suddenly he wanted to give her a “name”.   When she already had a name that was barely used, surely there was intention behind such a command.

“The mortal women who dwell above have names.”

“And we live in the shadows not within the mortal realm my beloved.”

“A name can give one power.”  Darkness replied firmly.

“My name is Monster.  That is my name.  I have the powers of darkness and of the storms. Mortal women quake and run in my presence. ” She spoke with sudden fierceness not wanting to be bothered with such trivial things such as a new name.

“A monster is to be considered a thing of ugliness and to be feared.  But you are neither to me.  Your beauty shines brighter than stars themselves and I do not fear you.  Never will the Darkness fear what he loves the most.”

“The Darkness loves his Monster.”

“Always.” As Darkness looked at her his icy expression changing to a sign of rare warmth.

“I will give you what the Lord of Light could never give you.”

At the mentioning of the Light who had never loved Monster a pang struck to her very core. She left Monster to go be with the Light, she believed the King of Illusion had loved her.  Tricked her into thinking she belonged in the mortal world.  When in truth she never did and never will.  She had hurt Darkness so deeply when she had fled.  Yet Darkness took her back but never did he forget.

“And whats that my beloved?”

“A name. Because unlike the Light.  I love thee Eternally.”

And so Darkness called his monster by the name of love.

Untitled #346 (When Monster Left)

Darkness.

It was there, as it had always been,

Faithful, loyal, always welcoming with open arms,

Always forgiving,

No matter how many times the monster left,

In search of something better,

She always believed there was something in rays of light,

its shimmer so deceptive,

A snake so lovely,

a million prisms of color,

united in a specter of beauty,

She wanted it,

She craved it,

It noticed her,

Hiding,

The light had found a new pawn,

And as Monster entered its welcoming maze,

how darkness grieved,

How it died over and over by Monster’s hand,

Done willingly,

Foolishly,

In hopes of something greater,

In the end,

The light could never love the monster,

when there was the princess in the tower,

waiting for her shining light of glory,

The monster was wild and always in fury,

When the monster was finally made broken,

her heart removed from her body by own volition,

she crawled back to the darkness,

in true sorrow,

she was forgiven,

but reminded that she had loved the light more than the light would ever love her,

This torment she must live with,

for even darkness had its moments of cruelty.

Harley’s Passionate Crime (***New HarleyQuinn Fan Fiction***

Omnibus in foro S.P.D.

I understand this some pretty bold writing done here.  However its been ten months since my last Fan Fiction.  I hope all my readers enjoy the story.

Pax,

Bone Mama Belle (Harleygrimm)

Disclaimer: I own nothing and no one. All characters, places, etc, in here are not mine and I don’t profit. All that’s mine is the plot of this particular  story.

Harley’s Passionate Crime 10/08/2015

“There are no happy endings. There are only happy deaths.”  The HarleyQuinn squealed.

This left Commissioner Gordon and notable famed psychiatrist Dr. Leland to sit in unhindered silence, as they along with several criminal detectives tried to take on a impossible task.  They were set with the task of obtaining the confession of Dr. Harleen Frances Quinzel.  The confession itself was of special importance for she had committed no ordinary crime.  The murder of the century committed right in the dark deep depths of Gotham City.

The death of the villainous, psychopathic, immoral, the Clown Prince once known as “The Joker”.  Murdered by the hands of his number one henchmen, well henchwoman, his long time love, and clown doll the equally evil HarleyQuinn.  It was something that could not be fathomed. For anyone that followed the history of Dr. Quinzel her “Love” for the Joker or rather obsession was famous. The Joker dead by his HarleyQuinn?  The unbelievable just became the conceivable. Somewhere Batman and Robin were cheering.

The Commissioner decided it was best to let the Doctor ask the probing questions.  For out of everyone who had gathered to bear witness, it was the Doctor who knew her best.  As the Doctor seemed nonchalant as to what had to taken place.  Displaying some nerves of steel yes it was the right decision to let the Doctor take the reigns. Its what the Commissioner liked about Joan Leland, she pulled no punches like ever.

“So why did you kill him Harleen?”

For a brief span of time of what seemed forever there was a moment of uncomfortable silence.  Harley’s blood-shot eyes cast a deadly glare at the stone-like face of the Doctor. When Harley displayed that she would  not budge in giving information. Surprisingly Dr. Leland took a very deep sigh as she looked at her on and off again patient.

“Why did you kill him Harley?” Dr. Leland asked with genuine interest.

“Because I was an option.  Not a priority.” Harley finally answered.

When the HarleyQuinn made the phone call to the police.  It was dismissed as a silly prank call.  Just Harley and her usual bag o’ tricks.  No one had bothered to believe her. When she arrived completely disheveled and covered in blood. A mixed feeling of mayhaps someone had gotten hurt but certainly not The Joker.  As they now took her confession even now the struggle  to accept it seemed unreal.

That’s when they summoned the “Madam of Arkham” one Dr. Joan Leland.  The psychiatrist and former colleague of the beautiful girl once known as Harleen Quinzel.  It was only she who had been able to calm Harley’s screaming, soothed her rage, to tame the storm at least enough to extract this most priceless confession.

Dr. Leland still the grave face who did superbly at showing no emotion.  Began making her own notes as Harley rambled.  Rantings, ravings, she tore at her hair, at her face, and then finally she calmed down again.  It was as if Harley did not realize just exactly where she was and snapped back into reality. The Commissioner and the others began to shift and lean closer like panting dogs being handed a delicious bone. Dr. Leland gave a cautious glance to the Commissioner if only she could say what she really was thinking.

“Surely there is more to it than that Harley.”  Dr. Leland said carefully.

“Of course there is more to it Doc.  Bottom line is I got fed up.  Tired of always being number two.”

“Funny it always seemed you were his number one.”  The Commissioner said only to himself.

“Nothing I ever did made him happy.  Because we couldn’t kill Batman, never enough crimes getting committed.  Too much time getting locked up in Arkham.  There was something always wrong.  Only time I pleased him is when I fucked him.  And nobody can fuck the Joker like I can.” Harley broke into tears.

She spoke of him as if he were still alive.  Did she even realize that she killed him?  And just because HarleyQuinn had started crying giving the angle of the “Scorned Woman”.  Did not mean all that could be forgiven.  No matter how heinous The Joker was, he was still a citizen of Gotham, and justice had to be sought the cruelest of ironies. Nor did Dr. Leland give up the inquisition.

“Why didn’t you just leave him Harley?  If you were truly that unhappy?”

“Because I tried to leave him Doc.  Which you know about.  Remember all those times I spent on your couch? When you drugged me up to get me to kiss and tell?  Surely you remember.  I certainly do.  I left him over and over, yet I always came back though.  Because I loved him, don’t you see that?  I loved my Puddin I really did.    But if you love something Doc you set them free.”  HarleyQuinn continued to bawl.

“Yes. You murder them.”  Commissioner Gordon mumbled.

Feral as she is Harley’s head snapped up and shot the Commissioner a scathing look.  Which caused everyone to look at him. Even the rookie detectives looked taken aback.  As if he had done the crime instead of the crying woman sitting in the interrogation room.

“Don’t you judge me Commish, I see you over there!” Harley spat.

“You see me but what can you do?  You are surrounded by officers.  You can try but you won’t get very far except dead just like The Joker. I do not judge you Harley, that will be left up to the judge and jury made up of the good citizens of Gotham. The very people you victimize and harm on a daily basis.  Think about it Miss. Quinzel they are now getting a chance to judge you.”

Wide eyed and even Harley’s bottom lip quivered. As she whined loudly. “Judge? Jury?”

“Of your own peers and no not those peers.  Not the ones you are thinking of.”  Commissioner Gordon pointed out.

Although having the Joker’s Harley face a group of her peers.  Would be something interesting to see- Poison Ivy would vote for her to be spared.  The Commissioner  felt the others would be a bag of mixed nuts.  The Joker and HarleyQuinn had pissed off many of their fellow criminals..

Yet still he had to wonder the catalyst the death of The Joker would bring. He had been Gotham’s biggest problem.  Would the other insane criminals simply back off? A reduction in crime? Would suddenly Gotham’s finest be out of a job soon? No need for a Batman? These were questions that burned in the mind of the Commissioner Gordon, for what HarleyQuinn did brought consequences not just to her but for many others as well. Suddenly the demise of The Joker seemed not so good.  In the end what if HarleyQuinn may not have done the city of Gotham a favor by doing what others could not?

While HarleyQuinn screamed in emotional distress.  Dr. Leland gave the signal that this interrogation session had now come to an end.  It was clearly obvious that HarleyQuinn may not be able to continue on.  She had given enough to damn herself during the process.  It finally registered to her what she had truly done.  She murdered the one and only love of her life.  Could you call what she did an “Act of Passion”?  Whatever pushed her over the edge the world may never know save only The Joker himself.  You just never knew with HarleyQuinn she was just that insane.

The Commissioner felt a pang of sympathy for the mad Doctor.  Harleen Frances Quinzel just booked herself a one-way ticket to the Insane Asylum for the Criminally Insane known as “Arkham”.  Where she would mourn her “Puddin” for the rest of her days locked away in a padded room.

The death of The Joker, the death of a criminal era.
